Ordering personal supplies for a vessel in port does not need phone calls, portals or guesswork. Here is exactly how it works with SupplieChain, and how to get your order right the first time.
Everything starts with the list. Walk the mess room, collect what each crew member wants, and write it down with enough detail to buy the right thing first time:
Splitting the list by crew member helps us pack and label per person, but a combined list works fine too. If you are not sure what to include, our private store essentials checklist covers the items crew ask for most.
Send the list on WhatsApp at +1 (346) 243-7217, by email to order@suppliechain.com, or through the form on our contact page. Before arrival is best, because it gives us time to source everything calmly, but same day orders are welcome and we will always tell you honestly what is possible. We reply within 15 to 30 minutes.
We come back with pricing, availability and a delivery timeline matched to your vessel's schedule. Read it through, adjust anything you like, and confirm. If an item is unavailable, we tell you upfront and suggest the closest alternative, or remove it from the order. Nothing is purchased until you confirm the quote, so there are no surprises.
Once confirmed, we source every item genuine from official stores and trusted retailers, pack the order, and deliver it dockside, direct to the gangway, coordinated with your agent and your berthing window. If your ETA changes, tell us and the delivery moves with it.
We deliver at ten US Gulf ports, including Houston, Galveston and Freeport, with no minimum order. Send the list whenever it is ready, and we will handle the rest.
