We reply with pricing, availability, and delivery timeline; your order is confirmed only after you accept our quote.
3. External links
For items you ask us to buy via a link you send, you are responsible for the product's quality, accuracy, and fit; we handle purchasing and delivery to the vessel.
4. Delivery
Delivery is timed around your vessel's port schedule; timelines depend on supplier stock and port conditions outside our control.
5. Availability
We source from official stores and reputable retailers; if an item becomes unavailable we offer a substitute or a refund of the amount paid for that item.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
When you use our request form we collect your name, email address, vessel name, port city, expected date, your message, and any file you upload. If you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email, we receive what you share there.
2. How we use it
We use your information to prepare quotes, source and pack your order, coordinate port delivery, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
Order details go only to the suppliers, stores, and restaurants needed to fulfill your request, and to port agents where required for delivery. Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection, which may process limited technical data.
4. Cookies
We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
5. Retention
We keep order information as long as needed to complete your request and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
6. Your rights
Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information anytime via order@suppliechain.com.

Once the order's confirmed, we source everything and get it packed ahead of the vessel's call.

Items go straight to the gangway, timed against the ship's schedule at port.
We source from Amazon, Walmart, local shops, or any product link you send. Please note: for items ordered via an external link, you're responsible for the product's quality, accuracy, and fit. We take care of purchasing and delivering it to the vessel.
